3. Your Obligations
When accessing the Website and using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You cannot sell or transfer your account to third parties or acquire a player account from a third party. You may not transfer funds between player accounts. Employees of the Company and their immediate families are not allowed to use the Service for real money without prior consent. If discovered, such accounts will be terminated, and all bonuses/winnings forfeited.
5. Registration
When registering for the Service, you agree to:

- Complete the registration form personally, read and accept these Terms. Verification of identity may be required, including valid ID and proof of residence. We may suspend wagering or restrict account options until the necessary information is received.

- Register only one account. Multiple accounts will result in closure.

6. Your Account

- Betting should be for entertainment. If you lose control, we offer a self-exclusion option. Contact Customer Support to self-exclude, which will disable your account.
- You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your account or its assets to another person.
- To close your account, email Customer Support from your registered email address.
7. Inactive Accounts
- We will charge a €5 (or equivalent) monthly fee for inactive accounts after twelve months of inactivity, provided the account is in credit.
- You will be notified of the fees in the eleventh month of inactivity and can withdraw your funds to avoid charges.
- The fee will be deducted monthly until account activity resumes or the balance is exhausted.
8. Deposit of Funds
- Deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in your name. Currency conversions may apply, and additional fees may be deducted by payment systems.
- Fees and charges for deposits and withdrawals are detailed on the Website. Bank charges incurred are your responsibility.
- Credit and debit card deposits are processed by a third party. Authorization from the payment issuer is required for account crediting.
- You agree to pay all charges and not reverse any payments. Charge-backs will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
- Promotional or bonus offers are subject to the Terms of Bonuses and specific bonus terms.
- Funds from illegal activities must not be deposited.
- Retain transaction records and these Terms if using a credit card for deposits.
- It is your responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in your jurisdiction.
9. Withdrawal of Funds
- Withdraw unutilized and cleared funds by submitting a withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount is €10 (or equivalent).
- Withdrawals are free if the deposit is wagered at least once. Otherwise, an 8% fee applies with a minimum of €4.
- Identity verification may be required before withdrawals are processed.
- Withdrawals should be made to the original payment method used for deposits. Alternative methods may be allowed subject to security checks.
- Contact Customer Service if your account is inaccessible, dormant, locked, or closed and you wish to withdraw funds.
- Monthly withdrawal limits may apply, with exceptions for large balances.
- We cannot guarantee the successful processing of withdrawals if you breach the Restricted Use policy.
10. Payment Transactions and Processors
- You are responsible for all payments owed to us and must not reverse payments. Charge-backs may incur a €50 fee and result in forfeiture of winnings.
- We use third-party payment processors and you agree to their terms and conditions.
- Transactions may be checked for money laundering or terrorism financing activities and reported to relevant authorities if suspicious.
